You argue saying no one has the right to interfere in what a woman does with her own body, while at the same time demanding that others pay for the results of their decision (their children) on demand, until adulthood, as though you're entitled. So you're prior statement contradicts your supposed belief in one's autonomy. In other words, you don't mind forcing others to serve your needs if it suits you. In your vampiric worldview, choice and free will are irrelevent. Might makes right. Yes, I can see why abortion would fit in there. Fundamentally, you don't respect other's rights, but instead only see others for what you can get out of them. Thanks for making that clear.
Now, knowing that, I know you won't respect my second point as you don't respect people, but I'll share it anyway. Abortion is not interference in the mother's body, but the unborn child's, or the fetus. That the child's body exists in another is irrelevent. He/she still has a right to life as does any other person, and deserves protection.
As for your mention of the Christian agenda, I can't speak to that as I'm not a Christian myself. I'm pro-life because I care about actual, flesh and blood life, not because of anything related to faith or spirit. And because of the Golden Rule. I would not like to have aborted. If capable of given the choice as a fetus, I would of course have chosen to live. As anyone would given the option between life and death. So why would I support death for anyone else?
