True. I get the sense the witer of the Reddit post isn't a slouch. But then maybe his parents paid for his college. Many Millennials have gotten help with college or at least some assistance starting out in life, by staying at home.

Also, I think many Boomers who hoard like this guy's parents do so because they feel they've been taxed enough already and so have "done their share." At the end of the day, it was this guy's choice to have two kids and two cars and buy a ranch. He could very well be overextended.
