This article is ridiculous and either laughably ignorant or just a product of bad-faith trolling. The question shouldn't be why do men date younger women. That should be obvious. They're hotter and more fertile. That's basic evolution at there. When I was in high school, the freshman girls wanted to date the juniors and seniors. When I was in college, the freshman girls wanted to date the grad students and professionals. Men don't date younger women as much as women select for older partners.

The real question should be why aren't women, with all of their demands, dating older men by default? Quality women today, as has always been the case, want high-earning men who can provide, have at least some status, and have their shit together. Most men don't hit their financial/career stride until their mid to late 30s or even older. Most men don't own a home, have a successful business, or have finished their education and have their lives together until at least their late 20s, usually older.

The men who accomplish the above will always have options. If you're 35, make $100k a year, physically fit, or have good game, you will still get women in their early 20s, maybe even late teens if you're high status or good looking. From a reproductive standpoint, it makes way more sense to date/marry a younger woman because she represents the best chance for offspring. She's a better "investment" than a 35-year old who might be a single mother or have a lot of baggage from previous relationships.

The fact is women are on the clock the moment they hit the sexual marketplace. Their value tends to only go down as they age. Whereas a man's value can go up if he works on improving himself and gains status/wealth, etc.
