Sodini mentioned no sex in 20 years, so I think it was an important aspect to his lack of confidence and negative self-image. That could have been fixed with a visit to any number of places where prostitution is legalized, or with a high-end escort. There are plenty of married men who lack physical intimacy, so it's not just a single guy thing.

Now would a visit to a prostitute have cured Sodini of his homocidial rage? We'll never know. But I suspect it might have helped somewhat.
