Don''t forget, you don't HAVE to write about stuff you may not be interested in. If you're into crypto, for example, you could write articles about new altcoins as they come on the market. Front-running the search engines, as it were. Then if a coin gets big, you'll be amongst the first who profiled it, and you may rank on Google with all the big crypto news sites. There's tons of ways to niche down on topics you like. Into books? Write about obscure books or new authors. Same strategy as the altocoin deal.
